The leaves are falling and the grass is browning. Turkey and Christmas trees straight ahead. I am really excited for the holidays this year. Ramona is much more about it this year. She talks about Santa often and about what gifts she wants under the tree. Oh and she loves decorating, she has already decorated a little tree in her room. It is a beautiful time of the year. 
We have been having fun making wonderful memories. Halloween, Day of the Dead, pumpkin patch, Turkey Mountain, and just being together. We have a blast just goofing at home. This was my first year to go out trick or treating with Ramona and it was amazing. You really don’t know what you are missing if you are not trick treating. It was great seeing our neighborhood involved in this wonderful tradition. Ram had plenty of stops to make and tons of candy to obtain.

In less than a month my little girl will be four years old. Life is happening and it is happening quick. Just the other night Ramona watched the first Harry Potter movie start to finish. This is kind of a big deal to me. This is only the second non animated movie she has watched and it happened to be the terrific Harry Potter. I have been dreaming of reading her these books as she got older, kind of a dad/daughter thing. I was concerned that she would not be into it, she was not feeling Star Wars if you recall the theatre walk out from earlier in the year. Turns out she is into the wizarding world, and I could not be happier.
Make the most of what’s left of Novemeber, before you know it we will be buying Valentine’s Day candy and wondering what happened to Christmas.
